
Homemade Hummus
Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas, drained (reserve liquid)
3 tbsp tahini
Juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic
2-3 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil. Use chickpea liquid to adjust thickness.
Season with salt, blend until smooth.
