
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease.
- Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Toss in blueberries to coat.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Fold wet ingredients into dry until just combined.
- Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
