
Ingredients:
6 cups sliced peaches (fresh or canned)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Topping: 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
Toss peaches with lemon juice, sugar, and cinnamon; spread in the dish.
For the topping, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk and butter until just combined.
Drop spoonfuls over the peaches.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until topping is golden.
