
Ingredients:
16 oz elbow macaroni, cooked al dente
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
4 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup breadcrumbs mixed with 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a saucepan, melt butter, stir in flour to make a roux. Gradually whisk in milk, cook until thickened.
Remove from heat, stir in cheeses until melted. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix sauce with macaroni, pour into the baking dish.
Sprinkle with breadcrumb mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and the top is golden.
