
Ingredients:
• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 6 tbsp butter, melted
• 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 4 large eggs
• 1 cup sour cream

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix crumbs and butter in mixer with paddle attachment; press into bottom of springform pan.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in mixer until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Stir in sour cream.
Pour over crust. Bake for 55 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool, then chill 4 hours.
