
Ingredients:
- 6 cups apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Toss apples with lemon juice, white sugar, and cinnamon; spread into the baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine flour, oats, and brown sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle this mixture over the apples.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the topping is golden and the apples are tender.
- Serve warm, optionally with ice cream or whipped cream.
