
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: 1/2 cup nuts or chocolate chips

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, combine eggs, mashed bananas, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture until just mixed. Add nuts or chocolate chips if using.
- Pour into the loaf pan.
- Bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
