Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients:
1 small butternut squash, roasted and peeled
1 onion, chopped and sautéed
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups vegetable broth
1 tsp ground nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Place squash, onion, garlic, and broth in the blender.
Blend until smooth, then transfer to a pot to heat through.
Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper before serving.
