
Ingredients:
• 100g egg whites (aged)
• 100g granulated sugar
• 100g almond flour
• 100g powdered sugar
• Food coloring (optional)

Instructions:
Sift almond flour and powdered sugar together.
Beat egg whites in mixer with whisk attachment until foamy, gradually add granulated sugar, beat until stiff peaks form. Fold in dry ingredients gently.
Pipe onto baking sheets. Let sit for 30 minutes. Bake at 300°F for 15 minutes. Fill with buttercream or ganache.
