Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
Instructions:
Boil water and butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat, stir in flour. Return to heat, cook until dough forms a ball.
Transfer to mixer, beat with paddle attachment to cool slightly. Add eggs one at a time, beating until smooth. Pipe into shapes, bake at 425°F for 15 minutes, then 350°F for 20 minutes.
