
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp red food coloring
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
Toss peaches with lemon juice, sugar, and cinnamon; spread in the dish.
For the topping, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk and butter until just combined.
Drop spoonfuls over the peaches.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until topping is golden.
