Ingredients:
- 500g bread flour
- 300g water
- 100g active sourdough starter
- 10g salt
Instructions:
Combine flour, water, and starter in mixer with dough hook. Mix until combined, rest for 30 minutes. Add salt.
Knead for about 10 minutes until smooth. Let rise for 4-6 hours, shape, then proof for 1-2 hours. Bake at 450°F with steam for 20 minutes, then without for 20-30 minutes.
